Bench: 4RM; Beat last time

DB Flat Fly: 2x47

DB Floor Press: 2x47

Blast Strap Face Pull: 3x50

Push-ups: 160 reps in as few sets as possible

Cycle: Commute; 25 mins Wind Aided.
