I've figured it out. It doesn't matter if I write or just read Social Media, but much more time spent (wasted) on any of it results in my attitude going down the crapper. Between seeing stupid is as stupid does and misinformation of much to many, I lose faith in the species. Days that I don't view, and days that I read or actually participate in life, I feel much better about mankind. I am making it a goal to reduce the time wasted on Social Media by 75%, thus giving me back my I care attitude. I might say, this is quite liberating. I'm leaving Stupid for a better life. We'll see...

Sunday 1. Pin Press Work up until the weight feels heavy for 3 reps. Add 10 pounds and do 2 more sets of 3 with that weight. 2. Rolling Dumbbell Extension (look up in exercise index) 3 warm up sets 3 work sets of 8 (these should be one rep shy of failure) * use more weight than last week. 3. Machine Overhead Press - alternating with the rest arm held at top. 3 warm up sets 2 heavy work sets of 10 reps * use more weight than last week 4. Band Pull Aparts 4 sets failure * While these need to be done there is no need to go ape shit or work that hard. Just do the movement and get some blood in the traps and rear delta. 5. Four Way Neck: 1x25x6.5
