  @ruff_diesel stopped out today with @kenkbj and @mountaindog1 to train legs. I like to pop out of my office from time to time to see if there is anyway to make their training more awful. This is a great way to do the GHR when you are not strong enough. The @elitefts GHR front pad angle is designed to make the movement much harder so many do find it very hard to do. This WASN’T why it was hard for them today. It was the Spider Bar Squats, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Hack Squat Strip Sets, Sissy Squats and then the tempo controlled GHR. Great to see them all and was a great break to my day full of reviewing September reports.   [caption id="attachment_131799" align="aligncenter" width="474"]
