Training on Wednesday went well. I didn't pull from the floor this week. I did rack pulls/pin pulls just above the knee cap and shrugs. Followed by 6 sets of upper back. Rack pulls felt good compared to other times doing them since hip surgery. I am definitively feeling better overall. Safety bar squats also felt good. I feel like I'm getting better on squat depth for sure and no pain.
