Yesterday Pull ups neutral grip, hold each rep at the top for a two count and each rep at the bottom for a two count............all I am concerned with is range of motion............15 sets of 3 Felt amazing, did some neck work after each set hit the bag   Today (did the push ups over the course of the day) believe it or not these were actually hard 10 sets of 1 minute of push ups, I am not counting #s because I really want to stretch each rep---for my elbow the stretch is more important...........felt pumped all day lol first set at 9 AM let set 6 PM Swings 20x10 65 x 10 110x10 155x5 180x5 215x5 Going to get these to 300.....................good work Here is a video of my best friend and Jailhouse Strong co-author showing a knee bar (we will be adding one of these videos a week) [youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62UYBa_LEr8] here is my client Mike Zundelevich hitting his life long dream of 500 raw with 501! he is an awesome guy and a coach at Boss Barbell
