As I mentioned in the video log it was a challenging week yet a rewarding week all the same. I’m feeling like I’m prepped and ready now for the next phase of my training as well. Much more rounded out, weak areas brought up, and work capacity much higher. I will continue to work these area’s over the next several months but it won’t be as large a priority for me. It will likely still be a few months before you start seeing some more dramatic changes or reduction in my frequency in volume as it will be a slow shift.
