785x7 Deadlift anad a week at the Olympia... did I mention the 785x7 deadlift?
What a week! Hanging with Friends, Awesome Lifting, and Filming Inspiring Interviews! Spent most of the week in Vegas between GPC Worlds and the Olympia. But a big lot of time at the gym of course training with people I don’t get to see normally. Shot a bunch of interviews that will be coming out in the following weeks.
Off-season: Full week of training - see it all!
A full week's worth of training and some MAJOR breakthrus with technical work. Feeling more and more confident. Staying patient with the process.
