A WEEK IN THE TRAINING LIFE OF WOMEN POWERLIFTERS: [HD TRAINING VIDEO INCLUDED]
The purpose of this training log is to give you a glimpse into a week of training for some women powerlifters. The accompanying video is not a highlight reel, nor is it a compilation of max effort lifts. Rather, this coaching log features the all too neglected “stuff” in-between the max effort lifts and the meets and the highlight reels, and that is the plain old-fashioned sets and reps that powerlifters, in this case, women powerlifters, put in during an off season training program. A MUST SEE.
