This last month I traveled extensively doing seminars, coaching athletes, enjoying time with family, and also attending my 20 year reunion and visiting some of the past in the process.

A Heavy Conversation
This was a reminder to me that adversity doesn't change and will never stop. We are the ones that need to change to burden and carry heavier loads, hold more strain and pick up more than we have before.
