Meadows has a strong following of lifters, ranging from non-competitive meatheads to pro bodybuilders and athletes. One of them is new Canadian IFBB pro Santana Anderson. Anderson won his pro card at the 2010 Canadian Nationals and is currently making his way in this new classification. Many of John Meadows’ Mountain Dog training clients make the pilgrimage to Columbus, Ohio to meet with John and train alongside him and Dave Tate at the elitefts™ compound.
