Check it out as Dave demo's the cross body extension. I have just recently started adding these into my accessory work and they seem to be working well. Many of you guys out there have some type elbow pain when doing extension work, myself included. These take a lot of the stress off the elbow and work great. You can use a kettlebell, dumbell, or a handle with chain like you see Dave using. Give them a shot and let us know what you think
