This is a new one that Dave recently came up with. I'm not sure if it's a result of his new diet, but bear with me on this one.

To do this, simply choke a band to the top of a power rack and choke another band through that band...it's a little confusing.

Put the end of the band on the back of your triceps. From this position, start pulling your elbow in and out - vary it as much as you want.

This is a good exercise to do for high reps.
