Magnum Biangular Chest Press Category: supplemental Muscles Targeted: Chest, Delts and Trcieps This one is not that complicated to explain. The best thing about this machine is you can adjust the back support forward or back. This is great if you have beat up shoulders and are trying to find a specific range of motion. Grab the handles and press. That's about it. This motion on this machine is biangular. This means as you press up it also allows you to press in. This give a great contraction to the upper pecs when you position the seat low. So why machines? There are many reasons for this but here are a few I feel are the most important. 1. Sometimes you are too beat up to do anything else and can't afford the time off training. 2. They are a very easy way to increase your training volume without adding more recovery. 3. They allow a fixed range of motion that makes in very easy to shuttle blood into injured muscles.
