Success is a personal definition. I can't tell you what it is. But I can tell you about passion. Passion is the number one thing you need, for anything. You have to be passionate about what you're going to do and what you're doing. When you have aim and you have focus on something, you're going to be 100-percent committed to it, and nothing is going to stop you. The one thing that has to be constant is passion.
