Post-hab Skipped

I'm continuing with the keep it simple stupid routine. I don't need to do a lot of different things to bench a lot. It was just me and Karsten training so we got things done in a hurry.

Speaking of Karsten, he's making good progress. He was having a lot of trouble locking out benches on his right side. It was a result of not tucking his eblow and being out of position. We have really been working on this for a while now. Guess what, he was able to grind out everything on that side he would have normally missed. Persistence, hard training, and some good coaching usually pays off.

We went out to the hood afterwards to Karsten's favorite Brazilian restaurant. Man, I loaded up on rice and beans. I love that stuff. Body weight is going well. I need to do an Operation Be Less Fat update. I've just been busy.

Thanks for checking in.
