Keep moving forward, that's all I'm trying to do. I got into the gym today and got my PT work done. Honestly squats are feeling great and I think we will take the assistance away tomorrow, oh boy. Single leg deadlifts are struggle city if I must admit and honestly bother my back just a tiny bit, but I think I'm getting used to those too...slowly.

Little by little I feel things coming together.
