MAX LOWER today, 5 weeks out from the RPS meet where my goal is to obtain my 1,000 Lb raw total. This meet is also a qualifier for the Arnold Classic, needless to say I can't afford excuses right now.

Mother's day is a bitter sweet day for me, my Mom passed 13 years ago and yet it just feels like yesterday. I am blessed to be a proud Mom of wonderful children and a Gramma now but that still does not take away the heart aches that Mother's day brings me.

Today my inspiration to pull hard is my Mom looking down from above, I know she would be proud, she brought me up to be strong and this is how I will remain ! (strongher)

Tried 406 Lbs but not today, I guess because I just lifted 6,804 Lbs WOW, I never really added up my amount of weight pulled before but this is pretty amazing !

116 LBS X 5/5/5/5/5 (These are hard on my shoulders and bicep tendon, not my favourite I prefer Kettlebell front squats)
