Standard procedure for me, after most meets, is to throw on some gear. I think it keeps me fresh and gives my mind something new to focus on. I'll spend a month or so in gear, but not every training session. My friend runs a local push/pull meet that I might possibly bench at, with a shirt on, and try not to kill myself. Until then...

Speed pulls Sumo against 4 chains (7x1) 425x1x7 sets
Stiff leg rack pulls 3 second eccentric then explode up, double overhand 315x6x4 sets
