I decided to check in on my lifts and how things would go if I do compete next month. Still waiting on my to do list to get done, not making any progress on it, to determine if I am able to compete or not. In the meantime, this is good training and really brings me back into some strongman training. I tried to stick in about the 80% range of competition weights for yoke, press-ish and DL and went the full five events in competition order.

Farmers

125 - 1x50 ft

125 - 1x120 ft (turns at 60 ft)

180 - 1x120 ft (turns at 60 ft)

180 - 1x50 ft

Mas Wrestling Band Pulls

Log

log - 3x6

130, 1x5

150, 1x3

160, 1x5

170, 1x3

Feels like my pressing is finally clicking and coming back around. I made some tweaks with my form and am optimistic things will fall back in line completely.

Yoke

225 - 2x60 ft

325 - 2x60 ft

415 - 2x60 ft

DL

135 - 1x5

225 - 1x3

315 - 1x5

I am pleased with the progress I am making. The weak points that were glaring are the hamstring and delts. I woke up today and hit the gym to do grip and actually felt pretty good. Will log that piece later.
