I did these last week and felt pretty good. I've been continuing the mobility and soft tissue work that I previously posted about. So, I wanted to up the weight a little bit and see how things felt.

SSB Pause Squat (Elitefts SS Yoke Bar) bar x 5 135x2 185x2 225x2 275x2 315x2 365x2 405x2

I felt pretty strong there, but decided to shut it down and in the next week or two bump the weight up a little more again.

Accessory work: DB Straight Leg Deadlift 3x10 (Light, just to stretch out) @50 lbs superset Reverse Hyper 3 x 20 light

Standing Cable Crunches 3x10 heavy
