My OHP still sucks hard! Its very frustrating to go into the gym and have a shitty night because you are doing a lift that you suck at. You want to hit the gym and crush weights, and have fun doing something you're good at. I can't comprehend how people like Derek Kendall can OHP 500lbs, that's fucking ridiculous! I will keep plugging away until I don't dread shoulder day anymore.
