This raw training cycle is going better than I had anticipated. Not going to lie I have always been a little scared to squat heavy raw. Just makes me nervous risking it when I am not even a raw lifter. I was sure my raw strength would be a lot lower, and my body would feel much worse from the high volume raw training(Thank you Nubreed Supplement Menace). I was so ecstatic to hit 720 today, it was 110lbs more than I have ever tried raw. I am at that point where everything I do needs to improve if I want to hit my geared goals. Bigger raw numbers, better GPP, and better geared strength. Which is why I went back to the basics and set aside a 9 week raw cycle. I have a raw squat off next weekend with two of my teammates who have the best raw numbers in the gym. I will have to go above 720 though if I want to beat them. I want to prove that gear whores can be strong raw too.

Raw squats 160lbsx5 250x3 340x1 430x1 520x1 Add EFS super secret wraps 610lbsx1 660lbsx1 (PR) 720lbsx1(PR) I know this is not a lot of weight considering, but I was pretty jacked cuz the raw guys were heckling me :)
