Background: I work at OSU as a graduate teaching associate and lift at Ludus Magnus. I am a raw lifter who competes in the 105lb weight classes, and am currently prepping for my next meet (when grad school finally gives me a weekend off) . Warm up general Stepper

Warm up specific 3 x 20 ghr 3 x 20 plank pulses

Neural prep Jump over to jump up plyo 3 x 3 x 1+1 Jump over bench, hit ground, explode to box

Training 1. Front squat Deload Up to 3 x 3 x 155

2a. Good morning to squat 3 x 5

2b. Kneeling jumps 3 x 3 x 15lbs

3c. Kb swing 3 x 20

Cool down

 

Thankfully, deload is done and it's time to get crackin!
