After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

On Monday I trained some chest and shoulders with my wife. We're both coming off medical stuff, so we both didn't exactly get to train as hard as we wanted, but it was our first time really being able to train together since she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma earlier this summer. A pretty good amount of volume, but given we both weren't exactly at 100%, it really wasn't too awful.
