Some lighter movements to get that blood flowing in my lower body. These front squats actually make me pretty sore for how light they were. Felt good to get some different movements in.
A. Front Squats 135x10 185x8 - 5 Sets ^Had about a 30 second break between sets on these.
B. Pull Throughs 4x10
C. Weight Leg Raises 4x15
D. Rows 4x8
E. Seated DB Shrugs 3x10
