Did this in about 7 minutes. Pretty proud of that.
Benching in the Metal Pro Original:
95 x 3 135 x 3 185 x 1 225 x 1 275 x 1 315 x 1 405 x 2 added shirt and touched the second rep! 455 x 1 super fast 495 x 1 again super fast 545 x 1 585 x 1 this wasn't as pretty as I would like. I let my legs go soft on the way down and no drive on the way up.
Training in gear takes way too long haha. I called it there. Matt Brass came all the way from Toronto. Is a great dude and a very knowledgeable lifter. He has some shitty elbow and shoulder things going on. We switched his grip to a thumbless grip. It is terrifying. But, at least he can touch and lock out with little pain and pretty solidly.
