I have no idea why these are so hard. Ok, I do. It's because I'm weak. Soon I will not.

Camber bar Bench:

155 x 3 245 x 3 295 x 1 335 x 1 355 x 1

I still felt great after this. I have more here. Pretty excited about that.

I switched my accessories to hit areas that I am lacking that I feel are more important.
