I used some of the things Donnie showed me to warm up and work some knots out of my pec. I didn't have any issues today during training so it must have helped.

DB bench 55# 4x25 Shoulder rok 3x10

Fat bar floor press 135x10x2 sets 225x5 Add 2 chains per side 60# at the top 275x5 315x5 365x5 405x5x2 sets 225x25x2 sets

BB JM press against double red minis 135x6 185x6 225x6 275x6x2 sets

Lat pull downs 3x10

Grenade face pulls 4x15
