Meadows rows 4x6

Pull ups 10x2

Single arm KB rows 2x20 each

Grenade face pulls Grenade push downs 4x15

DB lateral raises Seated hammer curls 4x10 each

Shoulder rok 3x10

I thought I would do two sets of five today at this weight. Obviously not in the cards. Today left me frustrated and scratching my head. I need to take a step back and regroup.
