So it's bee a while since I have reported on Operation Be Less Fat. That's probably because things have pretty much leveled out where I want them. I'm hanging tough at 257. That's a perfect weight for a reasonable 15 lb cut to the 242's. After my meet at the end of March, I will get things back up and running for my move to the 220's.

Right now I'm still sticking with 3,000 calories a day. The only two things I aim for daily is 260 grams of protein and 38 grams of fiber. Other than that I am filling the calories with both fats and carbs. The way it works out, I rarely go much over 200 grams of carbs a day. That's mostly due to the fact that I remain a carb vampire.

I'm still not eating carbs during the day. I actually don't eat much of anything during the day. I have a couple of protein coffees and a quarter cup of RAW peanuts - no cheater multiply peanuts for this guy. Like I continue to say, I don't much feel the need to, or even care to eat during the day. I like to save my calories for the pm. So I guess I'm still a "Carb Vampire" as Rhodes calls me. That guy is funny.
