Last month, my sister reached out to me to tell me that there would be a photographer coming to her gym who would be taking pictures of their lifters. I thought it would be a good idea to have pictures of me lifting where my head doesn't look like a balloon ready to pop. The photoshoot was just a few days after Nationals, so I was already dieted down some, and even took the advice of spraying orange stuff on myself before going (what have I become?). One of the pictures of my sister and I was a mothers day gift, so we held off from posting these pictures for a while, but here they are! I'm really pleased with how these photos turned out, and I really believe that it's great to see the beauty in this sport.
