I'm currently in a two week off season focusing on volume and more bodybuilding style of training. I plan to pick back up to more powerlifting training starting on May 23rd, 2015. My goal for these few weeks is to allow for a bit more recovery on my joints and just have some fun.

Tuesday I got back into the garage to help the crew out a little bit. Meanwhile, I was hitting some high volume leg work. This session was tough, but man was it a good change of pace. Using some of the Mountain Dog principles to just get a ton of blood flow moving and still train hard. This style of training is incredibly fun for me, and honestly I just find that when I get back to going heavy I feel more restored. While I don't have access to all the fancy machines and stuff like John does, I still made due.
