Great day of training with my new crew at Titans Gym in Mentor and I had a couple of my old training partners come up. Josh Cioca made the drive from Cinci, just to wrap my knees once before the Arnold. He brought a great surprise, Justin Straight, who I also trained with at The Strength Lab for about 7 years, before I moved back to the Cleveland area.

This was my overload week (reverse band) and my last heavy week before the Arnold (minus my openers).

Squat: barx5 135x4 225x3 315x2 365x1 405x1 - light wraps 455x1- Maverick Wraps 495x1- Maverick Wraps 565x1- Reverse Mini's and Krait Wraps 620x1- Reverse Mini's and Krait Wraps 690x1- Reverse Mini's and Krait Wraps 725- Reverse Mini's and Krait Wraps

Very heavy at the top- not so bad the rest of the time. For me it is a great confidence builder to feel that heavy weight on your back, then squat it like it's light! If you aren't confident approaching the bar, you'll never be a good lifter.

Josh Wrapped all my attempts in Kraits- I have been self wrapping and I have self wrapped every meet, I can usually give myself a pretty good knee wrap. What a big difference a really good wrap makes! Probably the best wraps I've had. Thanks again Josh!!

Accessory work: Lunch. It took awhile to squat and I haven't seen these guys in awhile, so it was great to have the chance to spend some time with them.
