After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This Saturday I hung around the gym and go in an extra upper fluff session. Just some very light accessory work with about 100 reps on everything. The following weekend we had our annual powerlifting meet with Iron Mafia, so I knew I wouldn't be getting any training in that day. So this will mainly be an optional day of training for me in most cases moving forward for a while.
