I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival during the weekend of March 6-8th. I will be competing on Friday, March 6th, 2015 at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Tuesday was back to some speed work. I'm working on still being as fast as I can and drilling technique. The accessory work is slowly going to be falling off moving forward, but otherwise things are going great. I'm breaking in my new P2 Lever belt, and I'm loving it. Really looking forward to using it, and it's hands down the best belt I've ever used.

I noticed that my video quality is a bit off, I think I uploaded it with the wrong settings on accident, so if things are a bit blurry, I apologize. It appears fine on some devices, but others it may not, so sorry in advance. But you'll get the jist of things.
