I've been MIA lately. I've still been training, but I've been in a bit of a training funk.
Max Effort Squats 9 Weeks Out !
Squats, GHR, Good mornings and enough Abs to make me not want to sit up for a long long time.
Lower Body and Event Training While Injured
I did put in a lot more on the lower body since I had the elitefts SSB bar to train around the wrist.
Kettlebell Fitness/Strength Training w(video's)
Kettlebell training can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be, whether it's for fitness, strength or sport, the choice is yours, I recommend all three, lots of video examples today !
