After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I know 175 on the hex bar isn't much, but not only did I not have any low back pain (which really I shouldn't with this kind of weight), but my hernia area felt rather good. I might have been able to push the weight a tad more, but I'm going to save that for the following week. I'm hoping to just add about 5-10 pounds a week, and adjust the reps as I feel good. I'm not sure when I'll give sumo a go, but it will probably be another month if I had to guess.

Warm Up Tons of PRI Based Stuff
A1) Hex Bar Deadlifts 5x5 I kept these really light, and just wanted to make sure things felt okay. Just got up to about 175 for a top set.
B1) DB Rows 4x10 per arm
C1) Cambered Bar Pendlay Rows 3x8
D1) Chin Ups 3 sets, max reps
E1) KB Shrugs 3x20 E2) Standing Band Crunches 4x12
