Just getting over the flu and I was still really congested and had a terrible cough. I knew in the back of my head trying to pull, especially in my suit wasn't going to go well. Fortunately, I am heading to Elitefts to train on Sunday, so that should be a good environment to pull 700+.

Deadlift: 135x2 225x2 315x2 405x1 suit on, straps down 495x1 - this is when I knew things weren't going to go well. I was already so congested and the extra pressure from pulling was terrible. 545x1 635x1

I shut it down after that bc it felt so terrible.

Accessory work. - Zero

I was so drained from being sick that it would have been a much smarter move to just take one more rest day.
