Technique feels pretty solid. I'm staying tight and not sinking, or at least not as much. The drop set of 405 with the slingshot was a challenge. I wanted to see if I could hit 5 reps (matching 4-5 weeks ago) on a much short rest period annnndddd it didn't happen. But I was happy with this whole bench session especially after a shit squat session on Sunday.
