The goal was 600x5x5 when I initially laid out this training cycle. I promised myself I would go by feel. I pushed myself today, but only so far. I stayed healthy and got some good work in.

I really like the Mavericks. The Patriots feel more similar to the Metal silvers, which are not my go to wrap. The Mavericks provided a lot of rebound and felt nice and tight. I'll either compete in those or go back to the Kraits.

Pause squats 420+90 in chains I did a set of 3 and it felt heavy and my wrists and shoulders hurt like hell so I shut it down.
