I am continuing to try and resume full range of motion on my raw bench-press. Today was a small step forward in doing so. With my torn labrum being such a menace its really tough for me to do full range raw benching. For the last several moths my raw benching has primarily consisted of 2board and sling shot assistance work which is not truly getting me stronger, just more maintaining than anything and that's not helping me get to where I want to be.

Today I still used some assistance but went full range. I used elitefts average bands with a fat bar for 10 sets of 10 with 385 pounds. I know that don't seem like much but give it a whirl....

I can see my body changing with the amount of volume and work I am putting in the past two months. Im not trying to be a BB but I am trying to get in better shape and not show my age and get stronger to boot....
