After a long and hot ass day at work it was time to pull. Yay!

I knew today was going to be tough and 650 was my number to hit. All of my sets were going fine and I honestly felt like everything was going as planned. Each set went smooth. My technique was good (good for me). I was feeling confidant.....Then....

My last pull of the day, Im ready. I set up and I feel like I am ready to smoke this pull like a Camel then....i get forward, allow my technique to go all to shit and I made this lift harder than it should have been. Things like this just happen I guess. Its my own fault. I must remain locked into what I am doing.

Better focus on my part is required for sure. I got the lift but not like I wanted or how it should have went. These are the days you learn from the most, when you fuck up shit when it matters most....
