Well if you read my last post, you know that I vowed to have a little fun this off season, and focus on getting stronger. During the PLEXP UGSS I acquired a beautiful IPF Metal King presser. It made it's way into my closet, where it sat unused, until today!

After seeing the success in raw carry over that a few teammates got out of training in a bench shirt, and after talking with Coach Goggins, we decided to use the shirt in training for a while. I am planning to remain a raw powerlifter for the foreseeable future, but hey... having fun and getting stronger over here!

This training session was a whole lot of 'What the hell am I doing' ' CHRIST, please loosen my belt' Etc, Etc (I had a bit of a potty mouth today)
I was thankful for John's help today. He's an IPF Judge and a bit of a bench specialist, so he helped me figure a few things out, and was a HUGE help.

I had no real plan going into this training session other than figure out what the hell I'm doing! Noted-Benching with a belt on SUCKS
