The elitefts Constrictor Wrist Wrap was designed to be a "casting" wrap. We've engineered the rubber-cotton blend of this wrap to generate a much tighter, stiffer wrap that locks your wrist in place. This is an advanced wrap and is not recommended for basic training purposes. In other words, save your Constrictors for maximal bench and squat movements.
