Week 9, Day 5 - Arm Day with a "Sleeve-splitting Pump"
I literally got so pumped the sleeve on my t-shirt ripped. I always thought that was just marketing BS.
Week 9, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
This session destroyed my chest and my shoulders, in a good way.
Week 8, Day 3 - Back & Biceps
Apparently I'm pretty weak from this position because these felt heavy and I felt weak.

My chest was on fire and super pumped after the first exercise and I was only using 30# DBs.
Week 8, Day 1 - Leg Day
It did suck going in on a holiday though, because training was the last thing I wanted to do that day.
Week 7, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
I also have a quite a bit of soreness today already and it hasn't been 24 hours yet.
Week 6, Day 5 - Arm Day & My Thoughts on Training Arms
They are noticeable larger and fuller all over - biceps, triceps and even my forearms.
Week 6, Day 4 - Leg Day #2
My legs and glutes have grown and I've out grown most of my jeans and shorts.
Week 6, Day 3 - Back & Biceps
The deadlifts were brutal and my upper back was more sore than it has been in a while.
Week 6, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
I'm halfway through this 12 week phase and I'm very happy with my results so far.
Week 6, Day 1 - Leg Day
When you do a Giant Set of SSB Squats, Leg Press, Bulgarian Split Squats and RDLs you know you're going to have a bad time.
Week 5, Day 5 - Arm Day (w/Clint Darden)
Seeing them move heavy weight made me hungry to get back to training more strength based again
Week 5, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
The machine bench press with band assistance made my chest pump like crazy.
Week 5, Day 1- Leg Day
My legs seem to be growing with all this volume and I think my strength may actually be up.
Week 4, Day 3 - Back & Biceps (w/Block Pulls)
This session was pretty rough. I haven't had soreness like that in a long time.
Week 4, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Great training session. The Seated DB Shoulder Press was brutal.
Week 3, Day 4 - Leg Day #2
This sessions was pretty brutal as well after deadlifts the day before and hitting leg day #1 earlier in the week.
Week 3, Day 3 - Back & Biceps (Deadlift w/VIDEO)
I'm definitely not at peak strength, but I did work up to a respectable triple.
Week 3, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
I've got at least 9 more weeks of this and my calories just bumped up more - so I'm excited to see the changes in my body in the upcoming weeks.

I realized today I've done 22 competitions in 6 years. That's 3.5 competitions a year on average.

My energy and focus was pretty high and I had no issues handling the volume.

MIA...Where Have I Been?... And My Last 6 Weeks of Training...
Needless to say my mind hasn't been in it on the training end. I also have no regrets about that as strongman is just a hobby. Family is just more important to me.
