The second surgery was a mistake on the surgeon. I'm slowly recovering and will be back to get ready for the 2016 Arnold Classic.

Speed Squats against chains, 5/21/15
Our powerlifting squad hit 5x3 speed squats with around 60% bar with 200-240lbs chains. We worked on moving all three reps under 4.5 seconds. Everyone did well. Thursday Speed deads
Did 10x1 against bands. Did all raw but last 2 sets then out suit on the get feel of the gear. Felt great.
Monday Heavy Lower
Worked full gear full set up to second attempt at meet. Felt great. Did a lot of walking Saturday at the Taste of Soulard so legs were not as fresh as they could have been.

Slept like crap last night due to acute hiccups??????? Have heard of this but never experienced??

Went up to 950lbs bar weight plus 240 chains (1150-1190 top) wore briefs/suit straps down no wraps.

The SPF meet at my facility was awesome. We had about 75 spectators with about 30 lifters. Had quite a few hit elite totals.
