not quite what I had in mind, but I walked away un injured
Peak Week 2 Day 1 - 2x2: 82.5%
these prep days at a medium effort are whooping my tail. On the flip side, they are helping me do really well on Wednesday (for Squats at least)
Peak Week 1 Day 3-4: Done and Out
I feel I always get sick during my peak phases, so about 2x a year.
