Pulled 405 for the first time since PT! (pulled it 6 times in total if I'm being thorough :) )

The pressures to compete at big meets can be very real. For pride, for people around you, for coaches, for sponsors-- but at the end of the day we have to make the decisions that are right for us.
Deload Week
Deload Week-- really excited to start my next Development cycle. Happy, Healthy, and ready to make some real sustainable progress.

Training is going well! A few weeks post Physical Therapy, and everything is moving in the right direction.
Training Week [1/31-2/5]
Training is going really well right now. Squat and Deadlift are showing good progress each week, and Bench is slowly starting to feel familiar again. No pain, staying on top of my rehab and mobility. All good!

YOLO Training Week[1/16-1/22]
"winging" my training this week-- receiving new training program/cycle next week! Starting to feel like a lifter again!
YOLO Training Week[1/16-1/22]
Transition week from Physical Therapy to "regular" programming. Had a week to just "wing it"-- kept with similar rep schemes and rpe's as previous week, then added whatever felt good/right for the day. Mainly trying to focus on hitting all the movements (hip dominant/hinge, knee dominant/squat, press, pull).
