A week's Update
I can't believe it's only been a week since I posted. It feels like I haven't been on here in a month!
May 9th - Paused Squats
#squateveryday paused squats like a BOSS. I mean like Dan Green's front squats
May 6 - Dirty Old Front Squat
Back at my squat almost everyday training. Wednesday's are my least favorite because I hate front squats.
Catching up for the week
Usually I start log post with a similar title with an excuse why I didn't train for the last week. This is not one of those posts.
Tuesday April 28th - Morning Training
Today is the first day that I get try my new training schedule.
Sunday April 26th - Crappy Bench Day
Everyone everywhere has been sick the last couple weeks. I have managed to stay away from the brutal vomiting/diarrhea part,
April 12th 2015 - Squats
Training this weekend was all f*ckered up when Odin decided to get his adorable ass sick.
Saturday April 4th
I picked up a cambered bar from Ken Whetham and I wanted to use it for everything. And I did.

My first Gold's Gym experience
There was not many sleeves in this place. But there was a lot of curls.
Close grip incline bench
After last ill fated training cycle. I learned that CGIB works well for me. So, I added it into my 5/3/1 as the second upper body movement.
Training at the Whetham's Part Deux. Squats
After day one, I was feeling pretty good. My shoulder was in place and not that mad and my knees were feeling pretty good.
Benching with the Whetham's
I got a chance to train at an amazing gym this past weekend. I was pumped to be in the intense environment. The whole thing I had on my mind though was testing out my shoulder on Saturday benching and knee Sunday squatting.
Pumped To Hit Another Big Week
After taking one rep in my shirt I could tell my rips were still not right and called it a day right there.
Squats 9-22-2014
Worked up to 635 for 4 sets of 5. The sad part was that I did my math wrong and this is actually 67% not 70%. I suck and will do better this week.
My Trip to Learn To Train 5
This is the tale of the best weekend of my existence! I went to the Learn To Train seminar at the Elitefts.com compound. We met some of the best minds and people in lifting, training and in life!
