I was feeling beat up and was going to deload until the meet in two weeks. I just NEEDED to train.

Two weeks out from the NOV Meet with Wendler and Rhodes. The weight is getting heavier and the work is getting done.

If you are not sure how to use joker sets, then you shouldn't be using them.
